Been there for some blood tests. Book the appointment by phone quite quickly.The whole process was quite fast , the phlebotomist was very nice , the only reason I’m taking a star out is because of the miscommunication at the reception, where is only one person who take care of the patient check in.

Absolutely shocking came yesterday for blood tests, woman behind the desk should not be doing that job such a bad attitude, told me to come earlier tomorrow ( today ) so I did to be told another story sorry we are full to capacity today try again tomorrow. So it’s not a walk in if it is full to capacity @ 11.15 am when it says walk in from 8am-12.30Absolutely disgusting I have fasted for 2 mornings for this appointment.I don’t want to ever return here for blood test ever in my life.Very poor staff & 1 talking over the other, I spoke to the male receptionist & the other female started answering for him so they were both just talking @ meUnbelievable

Went for blood test in the morning without appointment. I left after 4 hours. So on my next blood test I thought I call to make an appointment so it be easier. I called and I was on the phone que for over an hour. Can you believe this? From 30m onwards I was caller number 1 in the que and nobody was answering the phone. You provide a service if you can't then stop providing it. After an hour I gave up, hunged up.

Don’t even bother going to their walk in clinic. Relaying the wrong information to people, having them turn up and then being told we can’t see you because THEY gave you the wrong time/info. Genuinely use to like going here to get my blood tested, now they don’t even have common curtesy for people.

Booked an appointment on the Tuesday for the Thursday; arrived and was checked in promptly, taken through for my appointment on time and had my bloods done quickly. Was in and out in less than 15 mins. Would recommend to book if you do not want to wait hours.

There needs to be better communication from the staff members to the customers.Came in for a morning test as requested by the hospital and eventhough I was here since 8am I only got seen after midday. They gave us these buzzers and numbers which you'd assume they'd go in order. However they were calling any random numbers at a time instead of going in chronological order. People who came in as a walk in at 10 got seen before me.I will now have to redo my tests as they refused to give me my forms back & refused to listen to what I was telling them regarding my tests.

I liked it Recently extended lower ground floor for blood test and other. Clean and efficient staff. Very pleased to see it. Please come with appointment and check in only take 15min earlier.

On 02/08, just before 12, I arrived at the clinic after calling ahead to inquire about walk-in blood tests. The person I spoke with on the phone mentioned I could come until 12, but I noticed on the website it stated 12:30. When I arrived, the receptionist was unhelpful and informed me that they were not taking any more walk-ins.Additionally, I had a letter for a scan, but the same lady at the reception kept complaining that the writing on the letter was 'faint,' despite it being written boldly. She then tried to act like she could not see what was written and gave it to another person. While I was waiting for her to confirm that all was okay, she forgot about me until I asked another person who told me to take a seat.This experience was incredibly disappointing and misleading, especially since I arrived on time as advised both over the phone and online. As an NHS staff member, I firmly believe there should be skilled communication towards patients, and this situation needs to be addressed and resolved.

Clearly there may be some discrepancy in staff on any particular day or incident but my experience was everything you would want when needing a routine appointment for a blood test. Booking was simple and straightforward, even if the range of times is limited each week.On arrival the staff were polite, professional and extremely helpful. I had left my appointment slip at home and several staff cooperated to find a work around and I was able to keep my appointment and proceed.Facilities are clean, well lit, modern and has good signage. Checking in on the day and waiting to be called is also clear and easy. Just because it is in a mall does not mean you are a customer. Fantastic facility in my opinion.
