Horrible shop, Rude staff. They were not ready to help to select the proper size. The staff in the counter did not bill the price given on the tag. Very bad attitude. I visted the shop on 8th january, around 6pm. Most of the staff were preoccupied.

Never return anymore. I asked to try 2 pair of shoes. The guy kept the 2 boxes on his hands and just allowed me to try one of each pair I choose. I told him I want to buy both and he disappeared with the boxes. I just complained with a girl from downstairs and I left to buy in another shop.

Worst experience ever. Avoid any kind of interaction with staff and locals and Rude manager. Online is better.

They lock the fitting rooms without any reason. 3 times I ve been there and always out of order. Seriously if you don’t want to use them just say it. Worst customer experience. Also very difficult to find someone to assist you.

After expecting good electric scooter battery wasn’t well, I then refunded the scooter two months ago still haven’t been given the refund, biggest waste of £320 I’m not also including the per minute charge on the delivery place for getting it back after weeks of them saying they haven’t collected it and legit £100 spent on this months phone bill and still no refund spent over £400 for a headache

Terrible staff, my daughter tried on a trainer and I asked if they could get me the other size, we waited around 20mins and had to ask twice within that time about the other shoe as we were waiting patiently. I decided after 20mins to take the trainer off put her own shoes back on then just leave I was so disappointed at how unhelpful they were.

This store was very busy today but the staff were very attentive to the queue and tried to get everyone sorted.We got what we needed and the staff checked to ensure the sizes were correct.One of the items we bought was supposed to be marked for a sale discount and the cashier applied had made us aware and marked it down.
