We have recently moved from Manchester to Perth. The service we have received from PSS has been outstanding at every part of the process. The valuation rep has been very informative and provided us with all the details needed. The packing team, wow! All the items have been so meticulously packed and wrapped that there has been no damage to any of the items - we even sent a glass cabinet without the special protection kit - no scratch whatsoever! Great communication from our coordinator Rachel all the way through.In addition, the team here in Perth has been wonderful too. Natalie kept us informed on the process and even managed to fit us in for the delivery only a few days after the container had arrived in Perth. The delivery men have been ever so helpful!I would definitely recommend PSS to anyone relocating!

Professional and efficient service

Through every step of the process PSS staff were always incredibly responsive, available and helpful. Right until Steve came to pick up my things. Just a wonderful, low stress experience.

From the first time I called, Lauren was very polite & was very helpful over my numerous calls with questions. I was booked in within the week for the removal men to arrive:They phoned me when they arrived, & were very respectful of items, they worked their socks off, solidly from the moment they arrived, & cleared up after them. Very efficient & friendly. 5***** service

Had a good experience so far. Kevin and Mike that did the packing were professional, efficient and king.

Be prepared to pay lots of hidden costs++++!!! Not worth it! I would not recommend at all. Stay away !!!!
