James Crook were very professional and caring and helped me alot with everything I needed to do to arrange my mums funeral at what was a very difficult time for me. They stayed in touch with me up to the funeral and called me afterwards to make sure everything had gone alright. The funeral itself was lovely and went as well as can be expected
