What an exceptional family run buisness. My 33 year old engagement ring was badly damaged and battered beyond repair, resided myself that it would have to sit in my jewellery box never to be worn again. These lovely people took it to their repair shop dismantled it and remade me a new ring, using all the gold and stones out of the original piece, that looked as close to my original ring as possible. This was all done so as my husband could give it back to me for our silver wedding. I cannot thank them enough it is more beautiful now than before and makes it all the more special. Visited in February to get some valuations done on my mother's jewellery, I was hoping for them to be ready for collection the next Saturday, recieved phonecall on the Friday to say they were all done, excellent service.So impressed been again today to get more done and to arrange the commissioning of a bespoke wedding ring, again excellent service and advice. Very nice clean and tidy family business.

What a delight to finally deal with someone who knows what he is doing!!!! Noel and his son James really did go the extra mile and myself and Mrs Lee could not be more delighted. James was very much in to the details of our request which turned out as delicious as we hoped. If you are looking for that extra bit of service and quality this is the place.

I needed my ring making larger, so took back to the shop to see what could be done as quite a detailed ring. when my ring came back WOW what a brilliant job they had done. My ring has cut out love hearts around it and what they had done was include another heart. Absolutely fantastic job done. Thank you and I will be a returning customer

Fabulous customer service.
