Horrible experience! Rude, and does not accept card payments. I was traveling with three suitcases and three bags. The taxi driver was next to the trunk watching how I put them in, and when we arrived at our destination, watching how I put them down. He didn't help me at all and he still tells me, you're so busy"."

Fantastic experience with Coastal Taxis today. I had a distance journey from home to a location in their area, so I found them online, and could place the booking online very easily. A message to my mobile phone confirmed the booking and kept me updated on eta of the driver on the day. I rang the office to ask for an estimate of the cost, they were super helpful and friendly. My out and return drivers were bang on time, and incredibly helpful. Brilliant service and I shall use this company again if ever need to make the trip again.

Thank you very much to taxi driver Rob for not only driving us safely from Morecambe to Witherslack and back the next morning but also for calming us down and supporting us mentally when we were quite upset because our car broke down on the last day of our holidays. He even offered help to communicate with the garage as our English language skills are limited.

Arrived at the train station having booked a cab a couple days in advance.When we called we got told our cab got cancelled without any reasons were given to us and no one called us or anything about it

You can pre-book a taxi for a specific time but they won’t priories arriving on time over calls they get in for immediate pick up. Leaving me stood alone in an industrial estate late at night for 15 minutes after my booked time.Rang to speak to the control room to find out where the taxi was - very rude manner telling me if they have limited drivers and get another job then they can’t help it.Only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because the driver was polite and courteous, though didn’t apologise for being so late.
