Lovely store, it's doing well to cope with the huge influx of people who have come to the Town or nearby. Usually always well stocked (apart from their sandwichs)! - Always out of stock of most by the time I make it in. Its always clean, staff are brilliant, helpful and friendly.

Shopped today at Launceston Store in the wine department. Josh was very patient, helpful, went above and beyond. Well done Josh. 67 /70 yr olds are sometimes hard to deal with.

So I have just reviewed the Lidl and thought I should do this Tesco because it simply is the complete opposite.This tesco is about as bad as the Lidl next door is good. Staff are not nice not helpful except for the big guy with the beard and tattooes - he is genuinely nice.But the girls at the self checkout and the really tall guy they are not nice at all. Not well trained, very entitled, hands on their hips and they shout at people etc. It's just incredibly unpleasant.I think they lack training overall. They should go and work for Lidl for a bit.

Store food prices going up weekly, often shelves or freezers empty of products. Live plants outside the store for sale, left to starve to death after being put up for display. They should not sell plants if they can’t be bothered to look after them.

I couldn’t find the Costa in Tesco to write a review on so thought I’d do it here. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Abbie and Catherine who went above and beyond for their customers today. Great service, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

Well stocked store and some helpful staff but the customer service at the self checkout point was horrendous. Most unhelpful (13th Feb at around 9:30) and it felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff manning the self checkout, who had to remove the security tags. The only reason it’s a 2 star is we had some help by where the drinks were kept.It might be useful to remind staff that no customers means no business, so perhaps bear that in mind next time you decide to make customers feel unwelcome.
