Don't use them absolutely shocking. No communication from them whatsoever when you do get to talk to someone they lie. Told me they sent a cheque 3 weeks ago, no cheque arrived. 2 weeks ago they said they sent it by bacs transfer still no money and i'm receiving just over half of the settlement after they take their chunk of it.

I wish i could give zero stars. Terrible never ever use this law firm. My dads personal injury claim and accident was handled terribly. Third party admitted fault but the person handling the case got a new job and left my dads case for over a year. The third party withdrew their admission because of this and now these guys act as though my dad was at fault now and trying to be rude. Emma is incredibly stupid and naive to believe the nonsense she has been spewing. Never go to this ever.
