After trying throughout the day to fix a garage door that got stuck open I phoned at 4.30pm and spoke with Juliette. Her and Paul went way beyond what could be expected. He was out in an hour, and was professional in fixing the door at a price I was more than happy to pay to have a door I could now close. So, so grateful......would recommend to anyone!

Paul came to give me a quote on my garage door repair, he was very professional and friendly. It was clear he had no intention of over charging me although it would have been easy as I had no clue what was wrong. Arranged a time to do the repairs and was very prompt. Quick installation and actually charged me £10 less than quoted.

Had a broken wire on a very old but very serviceable up and over door. Paul was recommended to me. He came out the same day and after struggling with the manner in which the door had originally been fitted, was able to rewire my door and make it safe for me to use. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone who wants good service.

My double heavy wooden garage doors (16yrs old) were worrying me as I discovered that the spring bolt on one side was biting into the door strut on an angle. Paul came out ASAP repaired the strut and saved me from a possible huge bill. Top man, great service. Would definitelyrecommend.

Paul is a pleasant and professional man. He was open and honest about what was required to fix my old garage door. He did not even mention that I needed a new one. However I decided I wanted a new one, and he fitted it a week later, plus took away the old door and surrounds. Love it. Excellent service provided by Paul and Juliet from start to finish. My eldest son is a learning disabled adult living in Hereford. When returning home from a shopping trip his career forgot to apply the handbrake and his car rolled down the drive and hit the garage door. When I saw it, it looked wrecked. I contacted Paul who within a couple of hours went out to survey the damage. A short while later I had a phone call from him to say he had not only checked the damage, but had repaired it, and replaced parts that were sub-standard anyway...and all for only £45. What can I say but Thank You Paul for a really great and fast service.
