Red House Farm

Delightful B&B with very well presented rooms. The hosts are very welcoming. The main building where I stayed has been sensitivity restored as a very old country manor house. Breakfast was at a large communal dining table and cooked to order. The complex of buildings includes a pool/games room. The only downside, and it only applies to walkers, is that the nearest dinner option is a 15-20 min walk away down a dark road.

Had a lovely stay for a week long holiday. The owners are lovely and very attentive and provide service to suit anyone's needs. The accommodation was very characteristic and comfortable and allowed us to completely relax and enjoy ourselves. The gym provided is fantastic and is full of modern machines. As part of the gym complex there is also a pool and sauna which are equally modern and very well maintained. The changing rooms are also very nice and this whole complex is amazing to be able to use at no extra cost. Had a fantastic time and would definitely reccommend to anyone.

Tom and Sandra are very welcoming and helpful and we love to visit. This is a great place to stay, close to Whitby and in the Yorkshire moors. The breakfast is one of the best

Beautiful house in a wonderful location with very helpful and friendly hosts. Maybe not a house for light sleepers as sounds from other rooms filter through. Access for those not good on their feet is not great.

This place is very special, we stayed in one of there three cottages, the threshing barn, not the biggest we have ever stayed in, but very well re furbished using all vintage building materials, I have never seen as much stone , cobbles and beams, no concrete anywhere to be seen.The swimming pool and health spa was very simpathetically built matching the original buildings, this really is a work of art, its a real credit to both Tom & Sandra. The use of double doors, to keep the vintage look from the outside, but from the inside a high quality modern look.Believe me this place really is second to none, look at the photos on the website.Michae;McLoughlin

Stayed in the threshing barn cottage. Family had a great time in the pool and steam room. Beautiful views and surroundings. Hosts Sandra and Tom were really friendly and welcoming. Everywhere and everything was super clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautifully renovated Hayloft in wonderfully scenic surroundings.

We had a lovely night away. The house is amazing and Sandra and Tom were lovely hosts. We'll definitely be going back. The pool and gym were great too. Attention to detail was 10/10. The location was perfect for us. We had a meal at Wheatsheaf last night. Fantastic food. Would highly recommend staying here
