The Cheese Making Workshop
Absolutely amazing experience. The class is very hands on and you truly leave with new skills, a fabulous experience and amazing cheeses we made on the day. On top of that, Mandy was very friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about cheese making and my husband and I are now ready for the advanced class. Highly recommended!

The Cheese Making Workshop
I went to the soft cheese making day recently with my son. Mandy Nolan's knowledge and passion for cheeses shone through. We had a fantastic day with a delicious lunch, lots of course notes and a really interesting bunch of attendees. Thinking of going, then don't hesitate any longer! Highly recommended and great value for money

The Cheese Making Workshop
Today we attended our 1-day cheese making course with Mandy. On arrival at 10am and we got started with the intro. Mandy has the day mapped out so as to fit in as much hands on cheese making as poss. The day starts with a comprehensive talk about the history, theory and practicalities of making cheese in your own home. After this we donned our aprons and got straight on with task in hand. Mandy's extensive knowledge and experience is apparent throughout the whole day. The course consisted of the practical making of 5 cheeses, with a fully prepared delicious meal at lunchtime served with wine. Mandy is a great cook and teacher and has a great way of making you feel at ease. Whether you are looking for a fun-packed day or a course where you are able to learn a new skill, then this course is definitely for you. I would highly recommend this course to people of any age, from beginners to advanced cooks.

We've had great fun learning how to make 7, yes 7 soft cheeses with Mandy today! Taught in a straightforward, easy to follow and interactive manner, the cheesemaking takes centre stage, but is accompanied by great chat, lots of laughs and a delicious lunch. Can't wait to taste the cheeses We've come home with. Thank you Mandy...we'll be back for the next course.

The Cheese Making Workshop
Wow! what a great workshop. I had no idea how to make cheese before, and the class is very hands on which is what I wanted. I have to say learning to make Camembert was my favourite part! Mandy is a fabulous host and teacher. It was well worth the trip down from London.

Brilliant! Mandy was a wonderful teacher and host. I have done the first of the three workshops I booked in for & it has been a fantastic intro into making cheese. She has made the course relatable to making cheese at home without being overwhelming. I am now so excited for my next two classes. Thanks Mandy!
