Diamond Dental Care
First time visiting practice. Found staff warm and welcoming.Was disappointed with the fact they are in the middle of changing implant specialist and uncertain of when new person is starting. And then only doing Saturday appointments, which is no good for me. Was told I could be put on a waiting list to see him. But unless he changes his day of seeing patients, so unfortunately will not be going back anytime to soon. But apart from that cannot fault other members of staff.

Diamond Dental Care
Twice I've visited this dentist.once for emergency when I was in pain and no painkillers were helping, they done all checks and couldn't find the problem so told me to floss and use mouth wash. Second time was today as my tooth chipped, once again they checked my teeth however were unable to do anything on a day as not enough time. Twice wasted money for absolutely nothing, waited for this appointment a week.

On the 11th day, hygiene was done, I was asked if I wanted soda, I answered yes, and that was the end of it. After leaving a week later, I received a message that I still have to pay, for what, nothing was said, I was warned about an additional fee, so I am very dissatisfied with this behavior.

I have had 2 visits in the last 2 weeks. firstly to rectify a filing which had come out & secondly for the same as the filing came out again. It now seems that the new filing has taken. I am an NHS patient.Reception staff & the dentist I saw on both occasions were friendly & professional, & gave me a range of options for treatment. I was not charged for the filing replacement.It is good to see the same dentist & which must be for about the last 5 or 6 visits.Overall I am very happy to use Diamond Dental Care.

I got an emergency appointment and needed an extraction! I was petrified and got into a bit of a state but the staff were amazing! So patient and caring. I would definitely go back to this dentist.

I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star review. After my last review, I was able to speak to the front of house manager and resolve my issues. Ultimately poor communication on both our parts had led to a poor experience. However, I have since been back to have the work done. Their offices are very clean and the dentist I met with was very professional, nice and caring. She took time to answer all my questions and did an outstanding job on my tooth.
