When I rang to ask for a heating engineer to come out and have a look at the boiler, the receptionist was nice at first as soon as I said we live in Normandy in a residential park home the receptionist tone changed not for the better. So I haven't called back and we will take our business to another company where there staff will hopefully be a lot nicer.

Premier Heating have long been my Boiler Service company for many, many years. Introductiuon of their new services came at a good time for me and the recently completed Electrical and Plumbing work was carried out to great satisfaction. Hi I'm Jackie and I live in the Guildford area.I recently needed to replace my boiler and wanted to move it to a new location in the house so I contacted Premier Heating.Whenever I spoke to the office staff at Premier Heating, they were very helpful and efficient in dealing with any queries that I had.The Premier Heating engineers arrived on time each day in a smart company uniform and van and they were polite & friendly. They worked in a tidy fashion and cleared up at the end of each day.The work was carried out as per the competitively priced quotation and to a very high standard.I would not hesitate to recommend Premier Heating to my friends & family.

From start to finish I was very impressed by this company. All the staff I had contact with were very polite, helpful and efficient. (If only all companies were like this!) The installation manager came out to survey my property and system. He explained exactly what was needed, the quotes were straightforward and arrived by email the next day. The installation of the new central heating and hot water boiler plus various controls and a power wash all ran to time. The central heating engineer spent some time when the works was finished explaining how everything worked. The entire process was seamless and very impressive.

Great serviceWe had a live pigeon trapped behind a gas fire. They were the only company in the area that was happy to attend to this problem. They were very prompt; the pleasant young lady that attended released the pigeon and serviced the appliance. All I can say is excellent service and we will certainly use Premier heating again.

Extremely pleased with the quality of the work - The cistern was very old and the pipework had to be altered to fit. Sophie did an excellent job very neat and and left me with a fully working toilet again.

I'd recommend Premier Heating for an annual boiler service. The booking team is responsive and keeps you updated on appointments by email with a simple online payment or bank transfer if preferred. The boiler engineer was very pleasant and knowledgeable and competent and went through a comprehensive set of checks and measurements on the system, like when the boiler was first installed - this is not my experience with some annual checks, and other engineers who write off any boiler over 10 years old or fear replacing a leaking manifold. She applied the WB service kit for 5-year service interval with a new gasket. The Worcester Bosch boiler is still efficient for its age and hopefully it will keep going until the new hydrogen-compatible boilers are developed to 100% H2 in next few years. She replaced the filling loop and isolation valves with the latest anti-backflow standard as one of the taps was weeping and noticed a minor leak in the magnetic filter to be fixed on next visit to maintain system pressure. Very satisfied!
