We recently used them to fix a problem that arose (the system was originally installed by them). They gave us a time and kept to it. They fixed the problem professionally. The price was about what we expected. We called with a question about the invoice and they called back a minute later and updated the price. We were very satisfied. Keep up the good work.

In this day and age, nobody has the time to be waiting at home from 1pm until 5pm for this lot to turn up. I asked them to come between 1pm and 3pm and was told that their engineers will be notified. Getting through to someone on the phone is a nightmare! Answerphone all the time. At 4pm, I get a call from them saying that will not be able to attend and want to come here tomorrow at 8.30am. They expect you to either sit at home and wait for them, and then tell you they're not coming. Or they decide to pick a time they like and basically tell you in a rather patronising tone that you should agree. I blasted them on the phone and also told the building management company to not hire these people. To those of you who read this... I suggest, avoid this pathetic NES securities at all costs! Worst service ever.
