I called there 16/02/2021 paid £30 cash for 4 net bags, yet it states Net bags £5 each on this website. The young lad seemed helpful and friendly. Dont know if I was charged wrong, or if website is out of date. Hope I was not ripped off.

Popped in last Friday during torrential rain. Hadn’t a clue what I needed as I’d just moved into a house with a log burning stove. What I got was a comprehensive discussion and advice about how best to build and maintain a fire, all I needed to build 4 decent fires that lasted over five hours each and personal service with my boot loaded while I waited in the dry in my car. Absolutely will not go anywhere else for my fuel needs and will be ordering to last through the winter as soon as I can work out where to store it. Thanks guys. You’re great!

Always go here for kiln dried logs and assorted firewood and stove accoutrements. Prices are competitive and I've had several bags with no cheap or quick burn soft wood. They sell kindling and firelighters. It's a no frills operation and you may have to shout hello for attention as the lads are usually working away in the sheds or yard somewhere. They are always happy to help. Take contactless card payments and will deliver if you like.
