Their house searches and E-Mailing out of buying opportunities is well presented, organised and engaging. The staff often call up in any event to get in early viewings on upcoming properties as soon as they come on the market. At viewings, the agents are prepared, punctual, and friendly....Willing and able to answer questions on properties. Although we had an offer accepted in Warden Hill on a property, the sale fell through (through no fault of the Estate agent I hasten to add - this was due to unrelated personal reasons). Through the early stages of the negotiations and buying process, Peter Ball provided top notch, excellent service and great communication with both the Mortgage broker/lender and the Conveyancing team. Whether you are buying or selling your home these guys are the obvious choice. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from all at Peter Ball. Hannah was very knowledgeable and able to give lots of guidance as we were first time buyers. She had great ideas on what potential properties may have, which proved very useful. Julian was also first class in the handling of our sale, he kept us informed on progress and did a great job in keeping the process speedy with the vendor. Erika was also really friendly and able to help in anyones absence, she finalised the whole process by letting us know the keys were ready to collect… all in all a Super Service from start to finish and we managed the whole process in just less than three month… truly amazing!
