I am quite amazed at the rating of this place as not only was the layout of the store extremely poor but the customer service was the worst I have encountered so far. One cannot even browse through items without being judged for it. Items were cramped together, nothing was arranged and if a customer (even a potential one) wanted to check out things they were almost shoo-ed away. The stuff in the store maybe good (provided one manages to have a proper look) but presentation and service is worst.

The best baby shop in Luton, located on church St entrance opposite the escalators. Wonderful staff, irene and Helena, very welcoming and the quality is by far the best around. Great prices and deals for everyone. I will definitely be recommending to my family. Thank you guys
