Warm and friendly on entering , they have a Seperate cat waiting area (bonus) , rooms very clean, not a cat hair in sight , very gentle and knowing on my pets which are soon to go back for the dreaded snip , ahhhhh

Zoe Kirk is a fantastic Vet who is compassionate, supportive and dedicated to her profession.We haven’t used Abbey vets, but Zoe was our beloved pets vet at our previous Surgery.Although Zoe now works at Abbey vets, she was still willing to assist us and our previous surgery with advice on our pets history.If you are looking for a vet, myself and my partner wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Zoe. We have been using Abbey Vets for many years now. We have always found them to be very kind, considerate and compassionate towards our pets and ourselves. We wouldn’t go anywhere else, we have tried elsewhere in the past since Abbey Vets are not the closest to us but we always come back as the service is so welcoming the moment you step through the doors. They have a genuine thoughtfulness towards our pets and keep us in the know of all that is happening and of costs.

We have been using Abbey Vets for sometime now for our four cats, together with a number of stray cats we have assisted. We cannot fault the service and care shown to all of the cats we have taken to them for help, all of which have been shown a great amount of care and respect. The professionalism is second to none and the genuine care and attention shown is heartwarming. Abbey Vets genuinely do care for your furry friends and understand exactly what they mean to people like us, knowing that the cats and other animals are more than just pets, they are a part of your family.

A veterinary practice in a former Royal Observer Corp nuclear bunker! Great service from reception through to seeing the Vet/Nurse. Great monthly animal care packages available. Parking on the premises. Our dog was so chilled with the visit she remained asleep throughout.

I loved this vets and taking my max here for nearly 2 years, but few months back I had money issues and had to go on Universal Credit. As this takes 6 to 8 weeks to get paid I missed my £19.00 monthly pet plan payment. Once I had been paid I had to catch up with priority bills and I did explain this to Abbey Vet Team but they sent me horrible letters and told me due to 2 missed £19.00 payments I was no longer welcome in their establishment.Didn't make me feel like a valued client seems they care more about money than my dog so won't be returning.

I genuinely wouldn't trust any other veterinary practice, other than Abbey Vets. The team are absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable, kind and very good with our pets. My dog is scared of vets, so they have offered him special visits where he will see them just for fuss and treats, to build his trust. The service and care offered is second to none.I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Great team.
