DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Reserved a car, paid the reservation fee and nearly £2k for extras. They then cancelled the order, as the extras were not available with the model selected. Since then I have been unable to get the money I paid for extras or to reserve the car back. I dealt with Daniel Warwicker, who has been ignoring my emails for months. I have phoned Marshall's account department several times, they say they will call back, but never do. This company quite literally is out to steal your money. DO NOT TRUST

Please listen carefully:If you wish to use this branch I highly recommend you not to. They are worst than the worse garage you have been. Prime prices for poor service.I have rude Franchise director Paul who is defending the poor service which it seems to me more as systamic issue.I didn't receive my video inspection, didn't add the extra additive I've requested and didn't clean the car as promised.The problem is that I can't tell if they did the rest, they told me so but how can you trust things you can't see.A lot of hustle and frustration from dealing with them. I would suggest to go to any other Volvo branch. Great cars, appalling service.

Enquired about an advertised used car and was offered a viewing and test drive by Jay of the sales team and was assigned to Kieran for the appointment. Although the car was not part of the dealers franchise, never-the-less during our attendance we were dealt with in a courteous and professional manner and my questions answered to my total satisfaction. I recently bought a second hand family car from Marshall Volvo in Bishop's Stortford and had a pretty good experience throughout the process thanks to Dan Warwicker and the sales team. We were able to book a test drive very quickly and were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner without feeling any pressure to buy. After we had bought the car they carried out a free service of the car and provided a courtesy car on the day.
