I was concerned that, despite wearing my hearing aids, I was still unable to join in with conversations involving 4 or more people. My hearing was thoroughly tested by Rob, and my instruments were reprogrammed by him. My hearing is transformed. My visit was a huge success, and I can fully recommend Rob Shepheard.

I booked an appointment with Rob after suffering with tinnitus. I was also aware I had a hearing issue when listening to TV, music and at work. I can honestly say he has changed my life! Impeccable hearing test, very honest, detailed explanation of the issues I have. A couple of friends have recently gone to other franchise companies, no names mentioned, and have had been unhappy. The follow up is excellent and he has supported me through COVID. Very highly recommended.

I am so grateful that I was able to see Rob. I know so many people with tinnitus that were told that nothing could be done and that they just had to get on with it. This is completely untrue, as I discovered during my appointment with Rob. After a very in-depth assessment (not just the usual tests that are carried out), Rob explained what tinnitus is and he talked me through different treatment options. Even how he explained what tinnitus is and why it occurs made a big difference! He was also very honest as he explained that I may not need direct input and advised me to wait a few weeks. I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone who is suffering from tinnitus!
