I purchased a Cat12 GSM router. Great advice and a quality product that has a lot more configuration options than advertised. On 5G with the router indoors and me outside, the range was less than expected at around 60 meters, but on 4G I still had 4 bars on my phone at 104 meters, but any further and the connection dropped. This is much better than my Netgear router so very happy with my purchase. A tracking number would have been nice, but it only took 4 days so not really an issue.

Really impressed. Another supplier let us down and Tronic Extreme were great and, despite it being 4.30 on a Friday, organised next day delivery before 9am for a Saturday. They then did something similar with a printer we urgently needed a few days later! Friendly and helpful, would use them every time.

I can't recommend these guy's enough, great products at great prices, especially the SPRO range. Omair really went out his way to get my order to me on a next day delivery (and point out a few items I'd missed which saved me having to re-order ). The items arrived well packaged the following day, thanks again Tronic Extreme, will definitely use again.

Outstanding service! I placed a next day delivery before 10:30 order, but missed the courier cut off by minutes. However, I was called to let me know of the issue and advised that if they could use the courier of a neighbouring company, they'd send out the item. I accepted that this might not be possible, but was pleasantly surprised to receive the well packaged transformer at 09:55 the following morning. They definitely went above and beyond for an item that only cost £12, so would highly recommend. Many thanks!

I can't recommend this company. I ordered two 'tiny' pyronix batteries (which would have fitted into a small envelope) the postage was more than the cost of one battery. When they arrived one was faulty. They won't send a replacement or refund until I've sent the battery back at my expense. If they say the battery is fine then I'm minus a battery and postage!Poor show.

Used for the first time to order batteries. Although I had a problem with delivery (not Tronic fault). Tronic themselves were excellent in assisting with this problem and sorted it for me. Very impressed and will definitely use again and recommend to others.
