Natalie - The wellness Mentor has helped me on my fitness and wellness journey since the beginning of lockdown and I would have honestly been lost without her.From the very early days, she helped me overcome anxieties, fears of the gym and working out at home, I had no self belief or buzz for life and she has helped changed my mindset for the best and also my understanding of nutrition and food….Now several years on thanks to The Wellness mentor I’m confident and consistent in the gym. Natalie continues to support me and also tailor makes fitness and wellness programs for me to follow. It’s a very easy app on my phone and there I find all my workouts, meal ideas. Natalie is always a message away if I need her or if I’m just having a wobble or off day!Natalie isn’t just all about fitness she genuinely focuses on your wellbeing too (this is rare to find) and I’ve found with her help that if you focus on yourself and work on your mindset anything mentally or physically is possible!!Thankyou! The low impact circuits is perfect for beginners and more advanced as you can choose the weights and tailor it to your individual needs. Natalie is a super nice person and gives each participant individual attention. I look forward to this class every week!

I love the resistance band class I am 61 gentle exercise is what I wanted. This class is just that but at the same time you know you’ve done a work out. I love the small class size all so friendly and Natalie the instructor explains all the moves and which part of the body you’re working on. Brilliant friendly class .
