Emma gave Bryn the Bedlington such a great haircut today, he looked like a show dog when he came out. Been going to Hair N houndz for many years and never disappointed. Always get nice comments from other Dog owners about Bryns haircut and of course we highly recommend Emma who is not only skilful but a very lovely person who treats your dog like one of her own. Thankyou to Jess for doing a great job on our Bearded Collie Bru on his first visit. She took took the time to understand his personality and listened to how we wanted his cut to look. We'll be bringing him back again no doubt.

Took our Border Terrier Charlie for his first full hand strip. He looked absolutely gorgeous when we went to college t him. Superb job done by very friendly staff. I could tell he had really enjoyed the experience.

A fabulous little dog grooming salon, which feels friendly the moment you step in the door. I did a one to one, groom your own dog course, with Emma. It was absolutely brilliant. I learnt so much, Emma is an excellent tutor, patient and very thorough. Would highly recommend this salon, either for a course or to have your dog groomed. The staff here are highly professional, perfectionists who genuinely adore their furry clients.

I was glad to find somewhere that does cat grooming, and they were quick in being able to book my cat in. I explained I had struggled finding somewhere local to groom her, and explained she had had a recent flea treatment, though I was struggling to manage fleas, due to her long coat, so still had several fleas which I was combing her for daily.On arrival, we were told that they would be unable to groom her, due to having such a recent flea treatment and her still having several fleas. We were told that we were asked to ring back to confirm whether or not she had fleas, which hadn't happened - there had clearly been some miscommunication, and this caused for me to subject my cat to a long drive, and not able to even have her groomed. Very disappointed at the lack of communication.

Just want to add that I had an amazing teaching session yesterday with Jess and my cairn terrier Lola. We had a stripping session/lesson. I learned loads and feel so much more confident stripping Lola myself next time. We were made to feel so welcome, and I felt so supported, and both Jess and Emma were fun to be around. I would highly recommend them. Lola was so well behaved and my ideas were listened to which was really important for me.

I completed the 10-day intense grooming course at Hair n Houndz with Jess. She was an amazing tutor, explained things very clearly and I feel like I learned so much in such a short space of time. All the employees made me feel really welcome and were very helpful when I asked questions. Emma is just a fount of knowledge! Would definitely recommend if you are a newbie dog groomer or wanting to set up/gain experience.
