We rang them at 16.20 when we had a problem with our alarm system - which was not maintained by them. They arrived same day at 16.55 and sorted it out all for just the call out fee. Can't fault the service.

After a powercut my Mother-in-laws alarm developed a fault. I believe the system is over 15 years old. I called the company and they were extremely supportive and helpful. They arranged for an Engineer Anthony to call me this morning and he talked me through the reset. Kinight Fire & Security are a very professional and highly ethical business. Thank you to the young lady who took my initial call and thank you to Anthony for solving the issue.
