Alem is very welcoming and professional, and her studio is cosy, clean and tranquil.Took my mum with me to get pre holiday wax's, we hadn't used wax for hair removal in a few years and I personally was very nervous and a little anxious. Alem did an amazing job at: a. minimising the pain, for me b.keeping me calm and managing my expectations and c.getting those hairs all the way OUT for a smooth silky finish.Very happy I found her, no doubt, we will be back

This place is honestly a gem, I’m glad that I found this place when I was looking on google for a wax. Alem is very friendly, welcoming and a true professional, I don’t have any qualms with my experience and I definitely will be coming here again.
