Excellent service, helpful and quick to respond. John brought our machine back to life and had all the parts necessary to finish the job. Highly recommended.

initial i had good contact with john the owner and had completed all paperwork and had an install date set the following week. however after that it all went down hill. the engineer had phone me on the monday (install to be on Wednesday) and asked about the install area, he then advised me that i needed a larger hole for the appliances in the stainless steel. the following day i went and brought the equipment to do this and also sent numerous photos that were requested this is on tuesday, then to have a call with the engineer, Micheal to tell me that it was ok and he would be here on the wednesday to fit it. only 3 hours later at 8pm on the tuesday to receive a phone call from the owner john to say that they will not be installing the coffee machine as it does not meet their requirements. absolutly disgraceful communication skills and inadequate company. i recommend take the extra pinch on cost and deal with a better company
