Very nice indoor seating, good coffee and food. Order using screens and collect order at the counter. Haven't tried the donuts yet, those are next on the list!

Nice coffee shop but even if you select dine in you still get served in a takeaway away bag and cup

First visit here and it was amazing! Food was great and despite being busy came out super quickly. We visited for breakfast and at the time they had a promotion for breakfast for £1 with a drink purchase which is fantastic value! 1,000 times better then McDonalds breakfast! HANDS DOWN! If you've been putting off trying TH don't leave it any longer.BONUS POINTS: their hashbrowns tasted like they had a hint of cheese in them!

First time visit and it's a nice open, spacious venue with plenty of seats.Easy to order from the touchscreens and plenty of choice. The food took quite a while to come and that meant my coffee and loaded lattice fries were sitting on the counter for over 5 minutes. I'm not sure if that's got something to do with the fact they were quite 'chewy' or not. They certainly weren't fried crispy. The Maple BBQ chicken burger was very tasty but the bun was a bit too lightweight without any real substance. The dark roast coffee was excellent but had cooked down by the time I got it.We bought some donuts as the selection looked great and they are very nice.Overall a good experience but not perfect... I'll try again though.

Visited 18/11/2022 at around 13:00hrs.Been wanting to go since it's opening was announced but thought I wait for the initial rush to die off.Decor is actually quite good with a modern semi industrial feel; however, it's still comfortable and kind of cozy.Ordering is easy, it uses the same electronic order points as McDonald's, although you have to collect from the counter, there's a single till point so it seems that they prefer you to use the self order system. We had two currywurst, a sherbet lemon cooler and a coke, all of which were really good, cost wise it was around £10, although the currywurst were on offer.Overall it seems like they're going for a higher class experience than either McDonalds or Burger king. The place was busy and it was starting to look a bit messy but I've seen a lot worse and staff were making an effort to keep the place tidy.Worth a try.

TLDR... More expensive McDonald's with worse burgers... Do not go to THIS Tim Hortons.Update: went back with some compensatory vouchers Tim hortons sent and it was marginally better. The coffee is actually good, all the rest of the food is mediocre at best.Original review...Such a bad experience we will not be back... This place is terrible compared to Wolverhampton Tim's.Food: cold, kids portions were abysmal, at other tims they get 6 lattice fries here they got 3 see picture... burger patty was rubbery and tasted of nothing with hardly any sauce, see picture. Chicken tenders were actually ok. Even the normally amazing donut was dry and old.Service: shocking, included a picture of the area where you collect your order. Boxes and food all over the floor being trampled on. Order was messed up missing 3 dips even after we asked if they were all there.Another customer asked for his table to be cleaned as no one was sorting the tables and he just got attitude.

Very nice place with plenty of comfortable seatings, great range of food, snacks and drinks. We had mochas (not the best nor the worst) bite size donuts (texture seems like they're a day old but taste was ok-ish. Staff are really nice and friendly. Plus they do kids meal FOR FREE as long as you order at the counter and not the ordering machine. Over all better than Starbucks & Costa
