Hitchin Leisure Servicing

Booked our T@b caravan for its annual service. Had read good reviews about the company and we weren't disappointed. 1st class service from start to finish. All the staff we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended.

I took in my caravan with a fault on the cooker. The initial diagnosis indicated that it was probably a faulty gas valve so I took my van home to await arrival of the parts. I returned the caravan when the parts arrived and when I collected it the following day I was informed that the fault had been caused by a gas blockage and that the new parts were not needed - I was charged just two hours labour for the job! In my experience many repairers would have fitted the parts regardless and charged me a lot more! I consider this a great service and an indication that this company has the interests of the customer at heart rather than just making money!! Great job!

This was the first time I’d taken my van there. Top class service all round. I got an appointment relatively quickly and their polite and friendly staff managed to turn the work round in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price.

I have used Hitchin leisure before and the service was friendly and helpful. Peter Murchie is in charge of the servicing department and he is a great guy. Helpful and polite. He is also knowledgeable. Great service and fair price.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Stated they replaced the brake shoes but did not and charged me for them. They backed the brake rod adjuster all the way off so I had no brakes. I could not recommend this company as they put my life at risk and charged me for items not replaced.
