Terrible owner/staff. No idea how to run a business. Tried to collect my wife’s trainers for her birthday but he said no she had to collect in person. This will be the last time we visit the shop and also use it as a collection shop.

Staff could be much more friendly & learn English much better!

I love the staff.. so smiley and friendly, always well stocked and have my favourite wine.. good offers on fizzy drinks and my son is a fan of the pizzas!!! We’d be lost without budgeons!!!

Lovely shop! Always happy and smiling. Beyond helpful when I've needed them. Problem people have with Evri parcels from what I've seen is having no ID! You need photo ID to collect a parcel. That's the rules. Not the guy behind the counters fault if you didn't bring it.

As a parcel shop they are useless. If you receive notification from Evri that your item is ready for collection the shop won’t always release it to you. You still have to wait a few more hours for the shop to scan the item.I have also taken parcels to them to send and they refuse to take theas they already have too many.There is a man who I assume is in charge and he is extremely rude in the way he speaks to you. And at times you think he’s talking to you but he’s on his hands free, which I find not only awkward but rude.The product prices are high and when they do advertise their latest offers I either get charged full price or they don’t have the offer in store.I would go elsewhere but it’s close to my house so convenient at times.

Awful customer service. Never coming here again. Food and drinks out of date on shelf, staff members extremely unhelpful. Embarrassment of a shop.

Went back here 4 times to pick up a delivery from Next. The man in the store is arrogant and did everything possible to be unhelpful. Will be complaining to Next.

Really rude staff particularly 1 man who I think may be the manager. I only use this shop for EVRi parcel drop off and collection but they seem so annoyed and inconvenienced to be offering this service! Pick and choose which parcels to take. Have started going elsewhere now instead. If they don’t want to provide EVRi service then they shouldn’t!

Always have what I need when I run out of something. Guys that work there have always been friendly with us. And they know the local’s by name when they go in for there papers in the morning. Good little shop a bit pricey but that’s what a convenience store is. Iv never had a problem in there.
