DO NOT BOOK!!1 hour before check in, whilst already in Liverpool we had a call to say there was no heating or electricity. Months later we are still battling for a £350 refund! Upon investigating we found many others in our position. Many other have been cancelled last minute and have never had their money returned.STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We stayed here for my daughters 14th birthday. WOW what an amazing idea for a birthday party. All needs catered for including all kitchen utensils, a microwave, washing machine oven and even a flat screen tv and a speaker to Bluetooth your music to. The boat is situated in an ideal location approximately 15 mins walk from Liverpool town centre with excellent parking facilities. Considering the weather conditions where terrible we didn't even notice once inside the boat. I would definitely recommend this boat and we will definitely be booking again. The yacht club also has a restaurant. We took with us a pen drive for the girls to watch films and our own buffet there was plenty of room for it all. There is a separate bar area and plenty of seating and the bedrooms are spacious enough for a short stay with lots of storage, and each room has its own shower facilities.

Great place to stay. We had some emotional family news so went as a get away and had a nice quiet night. Kitchen was good oven microwave etc. Fridge. There was 3 bed rooms one with a double another with two single bunk and another with a double at the bottom and single at the top. Lounge was huge with plenty of seating. Dining table had chairs for seven. Plenty of plates and glasses etc. Very quiet and chilled. Party boat next door with lots of drunk people and games. Didn't hear a thing. All clean and generally all round worth it. Would definitely recommend and would love to go again.

Booked for the family for an overnight stay as the kids would have loved it, however we went into lockdown and could not legally travel out of our area. I requested a refund with Booking.com who told me to contact the boat owner. The boat owner was blaming Booking.com and unfortunately got nowhere with either of them. Thankfully I paid by credit card and managed to do a Section 75 charge back. The owner was very unhelpful and unwilling to issue any refunds. Avoid.

My friends and I booked to stay here for my 50th birthday last year but due to covid arranged to go this year instead, however due to travel restrictions and as not a essential to stay we were unable to go, the owner of the boat was very slow to reply to our emails and was unwilling to give us a a refund, we had paid in full £1000 and his excuse for not refunding was that he was allowed to open, even though if we had went he would be breaking the law. He was made quite aware from the beginning we were going for a celebration and not for work. I presume he will have been taking advantage of government help schemes. I would not deal with this man he was quite obnoxious and has caused us a great amount of stress and has ruined what should have been a fab weekend with my friends. Avoid at all costs

My Wife booked the joker boat for my birthday… just before we arrived they said the boat wasn’t ready and moved us to the titanic boat. Asked us to pay a deposit in advance (over £100) in case of accidental damage which was no problem. However, more than a month later it still hasn’t been returned and they won’t respond to messages or calls. The boat was good, but they have essentially stolen the deposit money, which has ruined what was a an enjoyable evening in Liverpool.
