Amazing service and great pricesI had been a customer of Sevenoaks S&V in the late 90s and early 2000s but in my opinion they had lost their way, getting expensive, cliquey, poor range and not particularly interested in mid range customers like myself - Richer got my business.Wow how things have changed - only spoke to them because they had the Pro-ject turntable I was interested in. After a detailed conversation to understand what my music tastes are, how I planned to use it, what type of sound I was looking for, introduced me to a different Pro-ject model, at the best price I could find even on line and had it ready for me the next day. Amazing service.I have subsequently purchased new amp when my old one failed and upgraded my speakers. In both cases the purchasing experience was amazing and the price in store was better than any other I could see on-line.I cannot recommend the team at Sevenoaks S&V at Brighton more highly - Paul and the team are second to none

New LG oled Television purchased by my Partner & I and within 10 days installed and fully operational with excellent sound & picture. Brilliant installation and after sales service. Mark in Hove shop was very knowledgable.

I bought my Sonos 1 last year and it has been fantastic. A technical problem arose - no fault oF SSV - and David in the Loughton store was fantastic in resolving the issue on the same day. Thank you so much.

Have just visited the Sevenoaks store in Hove for a listening session when choosing some speakers to pair with my partner's system. The staff were amazing. Really helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't do more to demonstrate the differences between our shortlisted candidates and advise on some better options for our equipment. A fantastic experience and we ended up purchasing some B&W floorstanding speakers which sounded incredible. Thoroughly recommend visiting them!P.S. We just had our speakers delivered and fitted by Paul a week after ordering them. What a fantastic job and he was kind enough to plug it all in and set it all up perfectly. They sound amazing! Paul and his team have been brilliant and made the while experience a dream! Would without a doubt recommend you visit them for your audio and video needs. 10 out of 10!

My partner and I had a very good experience when buying our new television through seven oaks sound and vision Brighton. When our new Samsung television had a malfunction, and Samsung wouldn’t help to sort it out, seven oaks Brighton went above and beyond to support us. They provided a temporary television, advice over the phone and ordered us a new television that arrived very quickly! We got invited to the shop to demo the television and they even offered for my partner to try his PS5 console out on it too! Their customer service and support is second to none, the best we’ve had! Go and buy a television off Paul and his team now- you won’t regret it!

Last week taking advantage of the great new year discount offered my wife purchased for me a Sonos Play 5 speaker and the following day the smaller Play 1. I can't give a review of the speakers because I won't receive them until my birthday in a few weeks but I can give my account of the service at Sevenoaks branch in Hove.Being a complete novice and until my visit did not know the difference between Bluetooth and wireless I was so glad of the advice from Jason on the first day and Mark on the second. They showed endless patience and their knowledge and information, as well as the demonstrations of the different products I was shown helped me to make a choice.I am glad I chose Sevenoaks and the six year warranty that accompanied the product gave me great confidence and satisfaction
