AVOID. Liars, took my car for an MOT and they had it 30 seconds and told me they could not do it because the engine was rattling and the timing chain had gone.. must think I'm stupid as then tried to explain to me what a timing chain was. Cars only got 65000 miles on... now had its MOT elsewhere and passed no issues. Don't know if they couldn't be bothered at 4pm on a Saturday or if they thought they'd get an unnecessary job out of me costing hundreds.. either way AVOID

Took my car in they kept it for two weeks to then be told half of the work could not be done and more issues arised they didn’t put my car back together correctly now has black smoke coming out the exhaust and they have reset my Nissan passcode for six and sat nav and are telling me they didn’t do it no explanation as to why my car was there for two weeks and have put a complaint in and no one has got back to me been ringing the garage and cannot get through only to a contact centre

Yet another great visit here! Myself and my wife have been coming here for 3 years, never been an issue. The staff go above and beyond! They keep you informed and go out their way to help you. I'm now going to book in for a full service.Reading some of the negativity on reviews seems far fetched. One review says, don't come here, Watch YouTube and do it yourself". Wow

Warning, cheater! For the first time in my life I encountered a dishonest MOT representative. he entered the documentation into made-up faults, all wheels needed replacing, moving mirrors, bad brakes. it's all a lie. I went immediately to another MOT center and they wondered what the purpose of this scam was.

Took my car in two week ago to have a new water pump fixed comed back the following Friday to have a new pipe which goes with the water pump they have had my car for 10 days and never did any work and then when I questioned it they then turned around and said that they can’t do the work as they can’t get the parts do go to this garage full of liners that just want more money

As the name suggests in & out with no issues, plus a decent waiting area with heating and a drinks machine

I had been sent a video of the vehicle and been assured there were no major faults and MOT passed. Once I had collected my car I returned to the garage on the 13th as I had traction control and engine warning lights showing, I was assured by Imran this was due to the technician inserting the air filter incorrectly after service, within 30 mins of driving the traction light returned and engine felt juddery, I returned to the office and was assured by Imran who himself looked at the car that no lights were showing and the car was fine, that the warning lights and service ESC notice was due to electrical faults caused by the hot weather- which is a bizzare reason. The service lights were not cleared by him and I was once again given the keys back.I once again returned home to my engine eventually shutting off whilst driving. Upon inspecting the service documents I noticed alot of things left blank on the paperwork so today I returned to the store explaining the engine issues and also questioned why alot of the service documents was blank. If you want your car to pass MOT but return home with problems which aren't looked at properly and get a full service which isn't actually performed please visit this branch

Done a full service few month ago !looks okay! After that visit again for couples issues to fixKept my car for9hrs done nothing. Then went back again following Monday!Kept my car for 5hrs nothing done. Very bad service! Had to go to Bmw to fix

4 trips to this garage in less than two months.First trip for a comprehensive service the guy was nice on this first visit & was recommended some jobs which I agreed to get them done than leave them until later. Around £500 total cost.However , Upon collecting car informed engine light coming on and unable to look into issue on that day. So Booked on for another test to see where the issue wasOn next appointment, ( met with a different guy, he was not nice at all ) informed of a different issue from the first guy) and informed issue resolved with a cost.booked my MOT for the following week & lo and behold the Following day after getting the car fixed, the engine light came on! Contacted the garage and informed to book again to run another testtook my car in for the appointment again and informed later on the day , that due to system failure on their side Jobs could not be carried out. It’s been on a longwinded journey, a nightmare to say the least and 2/4 times of visiting the garage, customer service has not been good nor sincere. No apology at least nor accountability just nothing

This garage is now my go to place. Had both brake pads and rear discs done without any issues. Went in just for my pads at the rear but turned out i needed discs as well.... sounds like that they were trying to get more out of out me??? Hell no ! pictures were shown and they were happy for me to source my own and bring my car back on the same day and the best bit ! Did not charge me for the rebook and the extra work that was needed. Keep it up guys ! Amazing service !
