Easy buying experience for our first caravan even though it was a 4 hour round trip for us. Ben was outstanding from the moment we turned up and kept us informed of the PDI process. Handover by Kevin was very detailed. Would definitely recommend and when it comes for us to change caravans (a few years off i’d imagine) this will be the place we go to first. For caravan gas bottles, water pumps camping equipment sleeping bags anything and everything you ever needed for your caravan Wells out store. Plenty of parking space. Nice stuff. Well maintained, clean and tidy

Very happy with the service we had at Sharmans. We found them very friendly and helpful. Despite a busy afternoon, we were seen quickly and shown around the Caravan we'd had our eyes on, We were allowed to look in several others to make comparisons, which helped us feel confident we'd made the right choice. When the van was ready for collection, we were given a thorough handover, shown how everything works and drove away with confidence. I was especially appreciative when patience was shown while I struggled flustered and red faced, to make payment via electronic transfer, my bank obviously being cautious meant I had to jump through several hoops and hurdles before - thankfully - the money successfully transferred. Thank you To Paul and Ben for your patience with that. Great family business who I would recommend to anyone looking for a Caravan or Motorhome and great equipment shop too.

Picked up our new Coachman caravan from Sharman Caravans today they are an outstanding dealership to deal with. Right from the start of the process with selecting the right caravan for our needs 1 month before collection we wanted to check some things out on a caravan they had in stock and the were very happy for us to come down and to do this. On the day of collection swapping over items from our own Caravan to the new one was very straight forward they took care of all of that and then took us through everything on the new one and answered all of our questions. Ben was very easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble and email enquiries were promply replied to. Thank you Ben and the rest of your team for making this a pleasurable experience.
