Great dentist with experience, reception staff and assistants are lovely and professional. All dental plan was explained to me clearly and estimate is given in advance each visit so I know what to expect. Practice itself looks great too, clean and cosy looking. It’s such a difference to my previous experience when I would feel rushed, job was done but very little explained. I appreciated guide on how to properly brush, I feel like since changing my method my gums improved and teeth are less sensitive.

The team here are amazing and very professional. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and immediately puts you at ease when entering the practice. I had several fillings and a root canal here following several years without going to the dentist. I would highly recommend this dentist to others. Thanks to all at Polwarth Dental Clinic! :)

I recently visited my dentist Dr MacEachen and I had a great experience. He was very professional, as always, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. What impressed me the most was how clearly he communicated with me, despite me knowing very little terminology in dentistry and English not being my first language. He was patient and ensured that I understood everything that was happening. Overall, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional, caring and effective dentist.Moreover, the receptionist has always been incredibly helpful in getting me in for emergency appointments and ensuring I received clear instructions after each visit. I recently booked an appointment with Polwarth Dental in regards to an emergency tooth issue. Without insurance, Polwarth took me on as a new patient after I filled out an information waver outlining my medical history, and then booked me in at a very affordable, competitive price. I went and the service only took 20 minutes, and I was out the door. The new Dr/Dentist surgeon was very accommodating and informative, answering all my persnickety questions with respect to the state of my mouth. What a professional! I have been having my teeth taken care of by Dr MacEachen for over 20 years. I travel from New York City twice a year because I know the expertise of this practice is far superior than anything I can get in the United States. Highly recommend to anyone!
