I have been to many groomers over the years and have at last found one I will stick with. Natalie was so good with with my dog. Humphrey has always been very worried dog whenever i take him to be groomed, but he settled into the the surrounding at The Dogroom and now loves going. I would thoroughly recommend Natalie & her staff.

Let me start by stating how difficult our dog can be; he doesn't much like people or other dogs (he's got a bad case of little man syndrome). The staff at The Dog Room were absolutely amazing and very reassuring from the start. I dropped him off muzzled and they made him feel happy and comfortable enough they could finish the groom without the muzzle. He was relaxed when I picked him up and he looked sparkling clean, smelt amazing and most importantly was rid of all the loose fur! It's lovely to be able to stroke him without having hair all over the sofa now. Will 100% come again (if they will have us!!) THANK YOU!
