Fantastic service! We had a collapsed nest in our chimney and a fly problem. Dion was quick to respond and sorted the removal and clean-up afterwards!We will definitely be booking again. This is the 2nd year we have used D.W.T chimney sweep.It's easy to book an appointment and Dion responds within a few hours with his availability.He has always been on time and before he starts he covers the floors with dust sheets.After finishing the sweep he cleaned our harth tiles and the outside of the burner.We had a few issues with our burner and asked Dion for advise.He is so knowledgeable and his advise was excellent and resolved our problems.He is such a friendly man,easy to talk to and I would highly recommend him.

Really happy with the quality of service. Punctual, efficient and professional. Also offered advice on how often to get our chimney swept, the best time of year to have it done and the risks of not getting the chimney swept. Very helpful as I had no idea about any of this beforehand! Will definitely be booking them again next year, thank you very much!
