Something has been going wrong with your services and drivers for bus route 34. Most of them have been polite for the past year but within the last 2-3 months buses are frequently not on time and drivers (probably new, or at least new faces) have been very rude. At least three times I signal at the bus stop but drivers past by. Reason unknown. Very unprofessional.

Awful service, always late, often over ten mins late for buses that should run every ten mins, often end up being passed by the bus that was meant to be behind in the service, cannot trust timetable times or even live update board arrival times, absolutely terrible.

I visited the nct place to collect my purse which I had lost the day before on the bus ! Lovely man who returned it to me. Excellent customer service. Huge thank you also to the bus driver who found it. How lucky was I? Wow.

Rude driver!Most of the time I’ve been meeting friendly and nice drivers. But yesterday at around 7pm when I tried to get on a 36 bus at Victoria Centre, the driver closed the door right in front of my face and didn’t let me in. I was queuing after a couple, so it was not like I was late for the bus or something like that. She looked at me and still closed the door and drove away. I just wish I could know why I couldn’t get on. And it’s also dangerous to close the door when people are trying to get on like that!

My lost bus pass has been promptly forwarded on ready for my collection. Many thanks to whoever handed it in, the understanding of the driver on the number 77 turquoise route and the council bus pass allocation centre. Cracking travel into the city centre which allows us to take our little dog for £1.
