The entry is 5£. The walk is easy and ok. The garden is indeed very well maintained and interesting but there is nothing breathtaking. If you are in a hurry or if your schedule is tight, don't mind visiting.

Nice little place to enjoy. With different types of Rhododendron blooming the Rock garden is the place you must visit. It was raining on my visit, but it is the place to go in any weather. The whole place is well maintained but not overly maintained. A £5 entrance fee sure worth the money.

Magical place! I visited the garden late in August. I was stunned with the view of gigantic rhododendrons, I can't even imagine how they look when they bloom! All the nature there is spectacular. It is a perfect place for a peacuful stroll, with the quiet sound of spring and birds singing everywhere..

Lovely private gardens, with views , in places,through the gardens to the loch. Steep paths take you to peaceful parts of the gardens. Worth the £6 donation

This is a wonderful private garden open to the public for the price of a £5 suggested donation per adult. It is predominantly planted with Rhododendrons although there are plenty of other plants as well. The rhododendrons come in a suprising variety of forms from trees to bushes and shrubs. Most of the garden has a wild look although there is a smaller more formal area. Its not a day out but its well worth a couple of hours visit.

Stunning collection of rare plants in a beautiful and atmospheric location. Well worth exploring and admiring. While most colourful in Spring, there is something of interest at all times of year.

A beautiful walk though history and nature. Very well kept. A must see for all who travel to Rhu Scotland.
