Rubbish customer service from the pharmacist. Refused to serve me as I didn’t “look” like I have a cough when I asked for medication asked me what my intention was for it then goes to the manager of the pharmacy and says we can’t serve you because the manager said no. What does someone need to do to get over the counter medication? Clearly look like they’re bed bound before they can even be served. Rubbish service.

Service is good. Its massive which means they should have everything you need. But according to the employees what evers on the shelf is all we have. But still it's easy to shop there and almost always has the stuff I need

One 1 checkout open for the superstore 9 closed. Long cue down isles. Customers complaining. Were are the management?? I recommend going asda fosse park not Thurmaston.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!!Minimum or nil stock on shelves with high prices. At 5.30pm on a Friday evening they only had 1 queueing checkout open. I pushed my trolley aside & left. I also witnessed a family of 4 with 2 trolleys using the scan system but when they got to scam atea, it crashed & they were told they'd have to go through the self several or re scan 1.5 trollies. They tood daughter out trolley & left the store for TESCO.Find management that know how to run a store!!TESCO for me from now on even though I live very close by !!!

Exactly what you’d expect from a supermarket. Shelves tend to be moderately stocked, not always perfect of course, but to be expected with high demand products.Staff are hit and miss, some good some bad. One of the lasses on bakery seems a bit snooty from observation, but perhaps forgivable due to the nature of the job. Checkout staff friendly enough. The online order pickers often take up room down the aisles but this is expected as they are to a time limit to get orders done and are normally very apologetic if they get in your way.Produce tends to be of acceptable standard too, and chilled aisles have a good choice of ready meals, cooked and uncooked meats, milk etc.Overall, a decent store, and a fraction cheaper than Sainsbury’s down the road.

Amazing staff very friendly and helpful, 5 stars for them! but lack of bags at checkout too many times, poor choice and stock for a lot of items, it seems to have a very average selection in this particular store compared to others but I will say the workers here are much friendlier
