What an amazing weekend of Christmas spirit and adventures across the High street for it to be ruined by the arrogance of the middle aged (Eastern European sounding) lady. I have been coming to this bakery for years and they are normally lovely with great service but today this lady was rude.

I stumbled into this bakery by accident, and I'm pretty sure it was fate. They say laughter is the best medicine, but have you tried their pastries? They're the real cure! Now I have a new addiction: their donuts. Seriously, if I start laughing randomly in public, it's probably just a sugar high from their amazing treats. Thanks for making my taste buds and funny bone equally happy!

By far the best quality iced buns I've ever had! Great price and they're MASSIVE. I've bought them for local and non local friends too and everyone raves about them.Staff are super friendly and helpful.Definitely one of my regular treat haunts.

Difficult choice since they have so many delicious savoury and sweet things. Roomy seating area, fast cheerful service, reasonable prices. This is a place to treasure and revisit

Good selection of bakery goods to found here, brought 2 cheese twist, which were great value and large in size. Only gripe was they were displayed in the window and when ordered were taken from the shelf in the window. So were quite cold (Being December) would of been nice a tad warmer. Still tasty though

Fantastic traditional style bakery! Staff are polite and accommodating. Indoor seating or takeaway. Lovely breakfast rolls, yummy cakes & bread's.

Not even reviewing the quality of the food but instead a clear attitude problem with the lady behind the counter. I was walking past with the dog and as the dog inquisitively popped her head in the door. On the lead by my side under total control, next thing the lady behind the counter started shouting at me in a very rude way. Even if she just said in a more polite tone We don't allow dogs in here" I would have been fine with that but the utter rudeness led me to here to leave a review. I won't be spending my money in this establishment with such rude and ill tempered staff..... I advise you to use other venues on the high street with much more pleasant staff.Shame I have to select one star to leave this review....."

Went into the shop on Bank Holiday Saturday, there were no prices shown, for any of the drinks or sandwiches (I took a photo to prove this). I asked for a menu and was told there isn't one & you just have to ask the prices. I asked to see the manager bea, who informed me they don't show prices, when I told her it is actually against the Law not to show the prices & I would inform Trading Standards she just said, go ahead then.
