Great company to deal with. Sent someone quickly to sort out our septic tank problems.

I was having trouble with the drains in my shower room. I have not used Clearway before but rang them and explained the situation to the gentleman on the phone who suspected from my description that the problem was in the SVP pipe. He quoted me £55.20 including VAT per hour and said that they could attend later in the day. On arriving the 2 man were very efficient, using a camera to find the blockage, then using a water yet to clear it. Both men were very polite & pleasant, professional and did a first class job without having to even enter the premises. I hope I don't need such a service again but if I do I would be straight back to Clearway. I would highly recommend them.

We had a blocked drain due to having the roof cleaned of moss and some had entered the drain through the downpipe .I rang Clearway at 08:00 and they arrived around 10:00 a.m the 2 gents were very polite and professional and had the drains cleared within 30 mins the charge was £55.20 which was very reasonable compared to other companies used in the past. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

I can’t recommend Clearway enough.Responding in good time their very courteous Craig and van full of kit removed wc blockageand freed the ward pulleys in no time.And the cost was less than half the other companies I received quotes for,including pensioners discount.Call them and relax, no problem.

Excellent service! We had our septic tank emptied that hadn’t been done for 10 years. The operator of the vac tanker was very knowledgeable and upon emptying the tank realised there was a problem upwards of the septic tank. He was able to rectify the issue while attending and worked hard to get the system flowing again. Thank you.

If I could give 10 stars I certainly would! The guy that visited my property to un-block the drain was kind; and courteous. Very professional and spoke to me with respect ( this seems to be lacking in many businesses). He explained what he was going to do and why.I certainly will be recommending this company to family and friends. Thank you Clearway.
