I was keen to keep fit during my second pregnancy. Andy was brilliant at tailoring exercise for the whole time and got me back to my pre first baby weight afterwards too! I can't thank him enough. I thoroughly recommend him as a PT.

Hi - Andy was highly recommended to me from one of his customers so as I felt I needed a kick start in life with my health and fitness levels I got in touch . Andy is a very personable professional and knowledgable trainer who listens to what you want out of exercising .He did me a tailor made programme of exercises using a mat, kettlebells and dumbbells .which changes every week .I get follow up texts with what we’ve done and help when needed is just a text away .Andy comes to my home or as I’ve outside space I can use we generally use that as I enjoy exercising outside but that’s my choice . Andy provides all the equipment needed .. and everything is Covid safe .. I certainly do feel my strength and fitness levels are improving which is testament to Andy’s fitness programme .. I can highly recommend him .

I wanted to start 2023 in a positive way, so decided to sign up for The Fresh Start Challenge with DBM Fitness, and for me , it was the best start to my year.The challenge focused on strength and cardio exercises and an increase in daily steps, reading self-help literature, 2 new activity challenges, meditation and achieving an overall feeling of well-being.There was a weekly Zoom call with other challenge members, lead by Andy, to discuss our progress etc.The challenge finished on 12.2.23 and I have carried on doing everything that made me feel great. Andy is a great trainer, very supportive and motivating. He makes our workouts varied and fun so I don't get bored. Sessions with Andy have been one of the few highlights of 2020/21 for me, they have kept me going when things have been hard and I'm really enjoying feeling fitter and stronger. 6 months ago I thought I couldn't run due to a knee issue several years ago, this week I did an 8 mile run. Andy has made a real difference to my life.

Andy was recommended to me for general fitness, and to help my improvement at golf, and that has been a great recommendation.Andy has a good eye for detail, and explains clearly how the various exercises should be performed for best benefit, and introduces new and more challenging exercises as progress is made.After 9 months I feel fitter, and the golf ball is going further and straighter (most of the time!) - who says you can't improve at golf in your seventies!

I decided I needed to get healthier and start to build some exercise into my life but I didn’t know how to get going. I approached Andy and he helped me to understand what I was wanting to achieve and more importantly how I was going to do it.Andy helped me to set goals, keep on track and be focused by noting what energy I was consuming and expending each day. He worked with me to incorporate some basic exercise into my routine and he has been supportive and encouraging. My experience of exercising was very limited and I didn’t want to go to classes so having Andy help me learn some simple exercises really helped me to gain more confidence and understanding of what I should be doing.My results during the time with Andy were excellent and the experience has really helped to get me started. I would recommend Andy to anyone because he is very likeable and easy to work with but also because he can clearly adapt easily to different capabilities and client needs.

Andy is really friendly, encouraging and motivating. I really enjoy training with him. I have always enjoyed running but since training with Andy I feel so much fitter, stronger and healthier. He is really good at listening to what you want to achieve and helping you reach your goals.

I have only recently started training with Andy and have to say I am already impressed. Each session is unique, packed full of challenging exercises and tailored to my abilities. Andy has invested time early on to understand my fitness goals so that our sessions have the variety, focus and intensity that I want from a workout. Experienced, flexible and full of ideas. Certainly recommend.
