Fantastic agents. Easy and forward thinking online process to get all the documents sorted without the fuss of having to tediously post and scan documents out unlike other letting agents I have dealt with in the past who seem to be stuck in the dark ages.Special shout out to Ty; very easy to speak to and showed a lot of care for both me and my partner as the tenants. He is an asset to your company with amazing interpersonal skills; very organised and very efficient, give him a raise!

We took possession of our unit in the Blade back in August. Being an international buyer, The Letting Agent (Ty and his team) played a key role in transition as we took position from the developer (even assisted with the furniture pack and the washer/dryer selection). They were efficient and thorough in sourcing a tenant for our unit. I would highly recommend this team.

I've been renting an apartment with The Letting Agent since 2018, and finally moved out this week (only because I bought a house - otherwise I never would have wanted to leave). What can I say? I've had so many bad experiences with letting agents and landlords, but Ty, Liz and the team have exceeded my expectations in every way possible over the past 5 years. They are incredibly well-organised, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, fair, reliable - everything you could wish for in a letting agent.At the beginning of my tenancy they compiled a thorough inventory report, with the option for me to add comments for future reference. The property was in fantastic condition when I moved in, complete with new carpets, new blinds and freshly-painted walls. Every time I reported a maintenance issue, even something as simple as a dripping tap, I'd receive a call straight away and it would be fixed in a matter of days. They communicated very well throughout the tenancy, responding to all queries promptly and giving me plenty of notice before inspections. They strove to accommodate any requests I made, from moving furniture to adding a break clause to my contract. Every time I had the pleasure of seeing or speaking to the team, they were friendly, professional and always lovely to talk to.When I gave notice to leave, they sent me a comprehensive end-of-tenancy guide, which I found very helpful. After returning the keys, I realised I'd forgotten to take the water meter reading, and they were happy to do this for me. They compiled a thorough check-out report, thanked me for leaving the property in good condition and made arrangements to return my full deposit.All told, what a great experience. I've recommended The Letting Agent to everyone I know, and if one day I ever want to let out my own property, I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else.
