Castle Cleaning Maidstone

I would highly recommend Dean at Castle Cleaning.I had a bit of an emergency I needed help with following my child’s tummy bug incident! All the cleaning/scrubbing and products I tried on my carpet myself didn’t lift the stain or odour out completely.I contacted Dean and said I needed someone ASAP to help me! He kindly came to me after just an hour of calling him and within 45 minutes of him working his magic, he had managed to get the stain and smell completely out. Really impressed with the service and quality of work and also great value for money. He even spent extra time drying the carpet out a bit for me afterwards. Really appreciate your help Dean!

Who ever runs this business has terrible communication, tried booking and got blunt replies without answering my questions, plus charging more for different times of the day. I brought this up with him and he rang me shouting down the phone then hung up. Terrible at business and has a huge temper, not what you want when booking someone to come to your home.

Moved back to Canada, but the work they did made the place look great and I believe helped me sell quick!

Just moved in to our new house and the carpets had a wet dog odour to them. Dean worked his magic and we are delighted that the carpets are looking and smelling much better. In addition, Dean was able to remove some stubborn stains from our sofa bed. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use again.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company, I was unhappy with their manner in our home and lack of respect for our property. However the reason for posting this review is that after their clean, I borrowed a neighbours Vax to redo an area only to discover that there was still a huge amount of dirt remaining in the carpets. Although they may have had a 'clean' it was certainly not worth them doing it as I am having to redo every room myself. Sadly the owner was not wanting to acknowledge this. I am sorry to have to be doing this.

Dean came to a house that had been rented out for two years and the whole house needed a deep clean. Deans professional work meant that we didn’t need to purchase new carpets as he was able to clean them so well. Really pleased and highly recommended. We would use his service again in the future.

Looked up local to me carpet cleaners. Called later afternoon and explained what I needed, agreed to be at my house 8.45 following morning. Arrived on time, got the carpet cleaned really quick! Looks great. Thank you very much for the speed of your response! Great job!
