Pop in to this post office to get some Amazon (paper) vouchers, the man behind counter I assume is manager, being incredible rude to me, I need to repeat multiple time what I want to him, and he still insist I should get the gift 4 u card. no, no sir,I want a paper voucher for royal mail system, yes you have this service, I bought it before,I know what I'm taking about.Definitely won't come back again.

Unfortunately some staff are rude and unhelpful, with the exception of the younger staff who are lovely.The older guy working the post office side of things is particularly obnoxious and confrontational. I’m guessing he’s had a hard time in that job with rude customers and that’s why, but sadly his attitude towards ordinary people is very unpleasant. After several bad experiences, I will now be avoiding in future.

More like a little convenience store with a post office stuck on. There is a post office window at the back of the store, and a smaller one attached to the main till when the main one is closed.Typical convenience store prices and range of stock. There doesn't seem to be quite enough staff and the queues can end up quite long.

Two Christmas' in a row now they have lost a package for me, this is ridiculous, how do they not have a better system in place than their hand written ledger and no means of tracking stuff???Awful post office

The guy behind the counter was on the phone and as I was stud waiting very obviously he continued his phone call for another 5 minute buy which time there were two more people waiting behind me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I was served however he was helpful and helped me ship my package. Over all very displeased with the experience. Will not be coming back to this post office.

Poor. Opening hours online are incorrect. Just rushed there to try to pick up an evri parcel to be told the opening hours are 9 until 3 on a Saturday and not open on a Sunday at all.

The Evri service has recently moved here from Co-Op and it is an absolute shambles. I must have been in about 10 times to collect parcels and every time it’s like a circus in there. Machine not working, printer not working, unable to locate parcel, waiting 20 minutes whilst the guy looks down his list for your name, ridiculously long queues and restricted opening hours. Dread going in to collect parcels and have decided to stop using them as it’s just not efficient and pleasant to use. Wish they would move the Evri service back to the Co-Op as it was far more efficiently run.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Regularly waiting 15+ minutes in the queue, condescending staff. One one ocassion I witnessed postmaster giving my parcel to someone else. Terrible post office
