A good place to take your kids in the West part of London, it has a big indoor play area with amazing facilities.It has two prices peak and off peak hours. Prices also varied on the age of kids too. Need to take ticket for parents as well.So much to explore and soft play especially for toddlers. There's a small play area for babies as well.The outdoors have good facilities with sand, bouncy inflatable pillow, football area, pirate ship, swings and slides.Some items have to be paid to play. Kids toilets are available as well which is pretty made for kids for their heights.The staff is nice and helpful.It has a cafe too which serves a variety of dishes. The cafe staff are a little ignorant, please keep up. They don't allow outside foods which is standard everywhere.Overall the play area is neat, tidy and proper for kids.

Good place to take your kids for a day. Has a place for some quick food & ice creams. Ample parking space. Provides party packages to celebrate birthdays which includes a days play for a kid with 1 Adult & food.

Kids loved it but the kids would love a cardboard box with wheels. From the perspective of an adult that has attended numerous play centres, this one is sitting at the bottom of the list.Price is not worth the experience. Staff are young and do not want to greet/interact with you. I cannot blame them. Bad service is usually born from bad management and an unhealthy work environment. If you plan to drive the car park is not directly outside so bring a pram/scooter for the kids. Another major issue is allowing parents to smoke directly outside the entrance. Can you assign a dedicated smoking area away from other guests please?The two stars are based on the kids enjoyment on the evening otherwise it would be getting a well deserved zero.

Nice place situated in the park so lots of things to do. Playarea accommodated all ages and even nice separate play area for toddlers. Food wasnt nothing special but about right for kids parties. Halal options available in the chicken burger and nuggets. Would definitely come here again. Kids loved it

It's amazing place, definitely I will come back. My kids love so much, big fun, so many activities, nice coffee and food bar, clean toilet. There is playground outside too but sadly it was a bad weather to use it.

Great place for your kids to let off steam.There is a large soft play area for the older children 4 to 10 years.There is a smaller area for babies up to 3 years.There is a large outdoor play area, that has bouncy inflatable, surrounded by sand.There are swings, slides and climbing frames.They sell hot and cold snacks. If you want dairy free coffee they can make that, but not lattes as this comes from the machine that hold cows milk.The seating area gets very busy, but I've always been able to find somewhere to sit.The party rooms are catered, so you're not let to do everything yourselves.Toilets are kept clean and tidy.Parking is free, this is about a 5 minutes walk around the corner near the gardening centre and Hilton hotel.

One of the best times to visit a soft play space is when it's raining. However the 10 minute walk through the rain from the parking lot defeats this purpose. Separately, there's no staff policing the play equipment. Kids are taking food and juice and making a mess so much that our 3 year old needed a change of clothes. At this price, crowd intensity and level of service, I don't think we'd be returning.

I visited this place yesterday with my 14 month old son. Upon arrival everything seemed okay!! The high chairs are stacked away dirty, table and chairs are full of stained food and drinks. Young members of staff are huddled in a corner talking eating chips! No people skills! They need to be more proactive and attention to detail

Awesome spot. Huge place with loads of space indoors and outdoors. Great range of areas and age-separated play spaces. Good range of food and snacks at reasonable prices too. Parking is a bit of a walk from the venue so be prepared!

Amazing inside facilities with one of biggest indoor play areas i have seen! So much to explore for the young ones and ones young at heart. They also have electric bikes, building blocks and little shops to explore.also has a large outdoor playground which was very well equip! Had a great time and will return if in the area!
