The service and the staff for me was friendly and attentive, can’t fault them for that at all, however the food was subpar at best.I ordered a sugar glazed donut that was old and dry, and the Chorizo, Cheese and jalapeño Panini which was really really salty! I do love my salt but this is way too much.All in all with my Lipton ice tea it was £11.60 which is on the expansive side, so you would hope the food is good but I was disappointed :(

Looked nice and authentic but staff seemed very disorganised. I tried to be polite about it but when I left I actually burnt inside of my mouth so bad that I have blisters 8 hours later (from the coffee). I’ve not been able to eat anything all day. Bought a muffin to go as well but it must have been sitting there some time… it was rock hard and inedible (luckily I tried that first!). Please train staff properly and don’t just abandon them to ‘give it a go’.

Decent food, acceptable prices but very poor customer service. The woman serving my partner and I seemed very unhappy to be serving us and came across as short and unwelcoming. Maybe she was having a bad day but if you want service with a smile, I'd look elsewhere.

Visited today and will NEVER Return. And I'm sorry but that way to treat disabled people is not acceptable. I strongly suggest to review the disability discrimination act and also re read the covid guidelines to mask excemptions. As someone with who is clearly medically exempt I clearly fall under the government guidelines and even highlighted this with a badge and a landyard to my disability for the thick people out there. But this buissess only claims rules only apply to travel if its essential. I challenged him that by that logic then I could not go to a supermarket and he said no well thats essential. One thing both agree on is his buisness is not essential to my life when there is other coffee shops near by. The exemptions are clear online for anyone that has a affected health condition/unable to put on. Wear or remove a mask themselves including mental health reason that would cause distress. I have 3 conditions that link into the government rules. Saildy as the government is not advising shielding again this lockdown I have to keep working and keep traveling and yes like any other person if I a right to get a takeaway and I do my buissess as a safe and focused way to keep me as safe as possible. Sadly when this is over it will be people like this that will collapse as people will remember your attitude. P.s I used to love this place.

Had a lovely panini with med veg and Hallomi very fresh and tasty washed down with a lovely cup of coffee. Very nice little coffee shop friendly happy staff. Option for a alcoholic drink if you fancy too.

Probably one of the worst coffees i have ever brought, i had to throw it away as it was so burnt it was undrinkable. Sweet shop though and the food didn't look bad. Service was good. So go but avoid the coffee at all costs

Great coffee, friendly and welcoming staff. Paninis great too. Has a nice little outdoor area to have your coffee which rare in this area.Really happy to support local businesses and not chains

We had some takeaway coffee that were not particularly great. There's nothing wrong with the service, and probably not the making of the coffee, but I would guess just low quality beans. Head to Perks and White next door if it is open for a much better tasting coffee.

Found this place today completely by accident while out at work. Lovely food good staff and very nice coffee. Would highly recommend.

I may have had a coffee here before but won't be again. They may have great panini but the attitude of the staff when asked if they could do something was rude and unhelpful. I don't mind something not being available but the manner in which you are told makes a big difference. And there are 2 other coffee places adjacent whose staff have a much better attitude and good customer service skills.
