Rav was extremely helpful when I contacted him on Sunday while having issues with my elderly mother's electricity tripping. He offered good advice over the phone to help resolve her issues, free of charge. He also offered to visit the house if we were unable to correct the problem.

When we had an emergency problem with our electric Rav came out immediately and sorted the problem within an hour. It was a relief to have the issue resolved so quickly. Good to have someone so responsive and helpful.

Called Rav at 9pm on a Friday as our sockets had stopped working but the fuses hadn't tripped. Not only did Rav talk me through solving the issue over the phone for free, he also gave a couple of other invaluable nuggets of advice. HIGHLY recommend.
