Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly patrons. Loads of strongman kit, but also the facilities for other strength sports.Snacks / supplements from local businesses are available to purchase, so you know you're supporting local people.Membership and day pass prices are well worth their money, and beat out some big chain gyms.

Having procrastinated for months, I finally took the plunge and joined Titan’s Lair in February.I’m 50 years old and was simply looking to resume training, after several years of doing nothing, to lose a bit of weight, add a bit of strength and slow down the aging process.I honestly wasn’t sure how things would go as there are some very serious strongmen training there, and I did wonder how welcome I would feel.My concerns were misplaced! Rob and Nat make you feel very welcome. Rob discussed my objectives and wrote a specific training program for me. He took the time to ensure I performed each exercise safely and correctly and has been a constant source of guidance over the last three months. As for my fellow Titans, they have been very welcoming offering support and encouragement when needed. It’s the best training environment I have been in and I feel at home training at the Lair.I have been surprised by my results and, as my numbers show, I am stronger than ever. This is down to being part of a community of people that just want to improve with each session and celebrate each other’s successes.It’s a very unique environment. But if you take that first step through the door, be consistent and focus on being the best you can be then you will understand how special this place is.

Friendly atmosphere and a clean space to work out. Whether a newbie, or an old hand, Titan's Lair doesn't discriminate and welcomes you in with open arms. A great service and knowledgeable staff who make the gym an enjoyable place to come and train.

Well what can I say about Titans Lair other than it’s just bloody brilliant! Top of the line kit focused on strongman but would also suit any power athlete/trainer with a very helpful friendly and knowledgeable crew of people alongside an owner who lives and breathes the sport then you have not just a gym but a community

This is the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to! Very clean.The owner, Rob, is helpful demonstrating equipment and suggesting exercises when I look a bit lost. I’ve been made to feel very welcome in the short time I’ve been going. I’d highly recommend for all abilities and strengths. Absolutely no judgements made there.
