The Shokbox works really well - better design and easier to pack then other boxes I've used - and Martin gave me quick helpful replies to a couple of questions. Lovely colours, too!

I have just recieved one of the new ShokBox bike boxes and used it for a cycling trip to the Canaries. Simple to pack, very easy to push around. Bike arrived perfectly.I am happily recommending them to anyone who needs a bike box.

After two times travelling, two on four of the inside straps got broken.I have been sending two emails to their customers service and got zero answers from them.

I borrowed a box for my trip to Mallorca. It was my first attempt at putting my beloved Scott Bike on a plane, in a box I hadn't used before. But after returning home the bike was perfect, I even managed to store all my kit in there, porridge, gels, tools, shoes, helmet etc and it was still under weight, leaving me and wife to happily just put a few clothes in a rucksack for hand luggage.It was the perfect start to a holiday to find my box glided through Palma airport on it's wheels and out to the bus....I would definitely rent one in the future,mainly as I only go away once per year and my house isnt big enough to store the box.... I'd rather use that space for another bike!

There's lots of choice out there but as a product designer I'm quite particular about design features and how things are made. I've also borrowed and hired other branded boxes before. I took the plunge and bought a black classic and wheel bags. This box is extremely well made, robust and packed with design features which other boxes lack. The luggage tag slot, the recessed hinges, the wheel bag locators, good quality castors, the list goes on. Well done Shokbox, you should be proud of your work. Thanks for a good service and I would recommend to anyone.

We purchased 2 ShokBox’s and have to say they are by far the best on the market. After trying various other brands including hard and soft cases I wouldn’t use anything else for transporting my pride and joy. Easy to walk through the airport without having to carry or drag behind you and the bright colours make them stand out. Fantastic

I have just returned from the French Alps and hired a Shokbox from my local bike shop. I have previously used hard shell bike boxes and have travelled with others who have used either hard of soft shell. Shokbox is by far and away the best box I have used or seen. It’s extremely protective, can be packed in 2 minutes, has plenty of internal padding and locks very easily. Also it’s very easy to wheel across the car park and airport lounge and remains stable at all times. It fits into an estate or a medium saloon car. If you are worried about potential bike damage in transit this is the box for you. It will give you 100% piece of mind.

unfortunately the skewers on my bike box have become damaged and I'm hoping that Shok box can source replacement parts. My issue is that the website and customer support is very limited. I've emailed and called several times.... so far no response. A better customer support service would give me the confidence to purchase again.

Only good service from Martin at Shokbox. Initial box was faulty but provided me with a brand new one without any hassle. Nice quality box that I've used for road bike in Mallorca and TT bike to South Africa.
